Your wedding ceremony is a very important part of your wedding day.
It is a day that you will remember for a lifetime and it is also a day that your family and friends will remember with fondness as a happy occasion full of love and sharing.
If this is so then you will need to have the professional and friendly support of your Marriage Celebrant.
I am a qualified Authorised Marriage Celebrant duly appointed under the Marriage Act 1961 and authorised to celebrate marriages in Australia.
I have completed the necessary courses of study to ensure that I am competent in celebrating marriages.
However there are certain qualities that you cannot learn by study alone, such as:
Celebration of Life is part of us and we should see death as the natural part of this life that it is. Death is the great leveller, it comes to us all.
Grief is universal but the experience of this grief is unique to each one of us as is our loss.
As a Funeral Celebrant I ensure that the celebration of the life of your loved one is sincere, meaningful and performed with empathy, dignity & respect.
During this period of sadness and sense of loss you will find me an empathetic listener, compassionate and understanding ready to offer guidance and my full support to you and your family.
"Just as a well spent day brings happy sleep, so a life well used brings a happy death"- Leonardo Da Vinci
There are times in one's life when for many reasons a declaration of love and commitment without the legality of marriage may be the only option either on a temporary or permanent basis.
I respect this ceremony in the same manner and offer the same service and support and procedure as that of a wedding ceremony but without the formal documentation.
There are many reasons why you would choose to re-affirm your vows.
"The civil naming ceremony has been developed to respond to the cultural and community need to welcome a child into the family and the world, to remind all concerned of the great responsibility involved in bringing up a child, and to recognise and appoint those who will have an important role in the child's development" Dally Messenger - Ceremonies & Celebrations
It is important to know that this is not a legal ceremony.
It is a ceremony between two same-sex partners in a loving relationship who want to formalise their commitment. The same service as for the Commitment Ceremony - see notes above

Perth, Western Australia is a fantastic location for your Marriage Ceremony. You can arrive; have your Marriage Ceremony and your honeymoon in Perth, and then return home for your major reception with family and friends. Without me going into great details you can visit the Tourism WA website for fantastic information on Western Australia.
The documentation to be married in Perth Western Australia is not complicated, however, there are several legal aspects that need to be completed. I will be happy and very pleased to discuss and assist with any aspect of your Marriage Ceremony should you wish to get married in Perth.
Most of the arrangements can be made via email or phone calls pending your arrival. During my career in overseas recruitment I have established contact with local licensed migration agents who are qualified to answer all you questions on visa and migration. Visa and migration are administered by the Department of Immigration and Multicultural Affairs.
